"It was better than expected! The room was more like a studio apartment with a separate bedroom and living area, whic consisted of a couch, sink, 2 burner stove, oven, microwave, small refrigerator, and dishes silverware and pots and pans. We had a corner room on the 22nd floor with a spectacular view of the city. "We have stayed there several times. It has gone down. The elevators are tiny. One didn’t work all weekend. For a 9 story building that was a mess. For two days no Hot water! In the winter that is critical. The sofa was a wreck! The floors damaged. The outlet by the bed was dead! One tiny waste can in the entire apartment by the toilet. The desk staff were very nice but things were beyond their control ! "

"The location is great, very close to a subway station and it had lots of dining options and supermarkets nearby. The hotel staff were nice, and the room was clean. The only issue I had was the size of the room, it's remarkably small and the only place where I could place my suitcase was on the bed, and I slept on the other side. The day I arrived we did not have any internet at all during the whole day, but the issue was solved the day after."
