"Un hermoso hotel con una ubicación privilegiada, de fácil acceso y a pasos de una estación de tren. Me sentí seguro caminando por los alrededores. Quiero agradecer especialmente a los empleados de recepción, quienes me brindaron su apoyo ante una situación personal que me obligó a acortar mi estadía. Fueron comprensivos y me ayudaron a gestionar un reembolso por la noche que no pude quedarme en el hotel. Gracias por su amabilidad y atención; si no me equivoco, uno de ellos se llamaba Fernando."

"The staff is wonderful. The room was updated and clean. The only issue was the shower, the regulator would not mix hot and cold easily so was a bad experience, we notified the receptionist in writing (#204). The dining was nice and the breakfast buffet had a lot of options. "

"Very convenient location and nice staff. I would have prefer to have a room upgrade as I have had in other hotels. Also, during my 10 day stay I did not have a sheet on the bed. I only had a duvet. I asked for it and never get it. Not sure if this is costumary in Chile but I found it weird. "
