"The hotel is a few blocks from downtown. We had the luck of checking the room before booking, and so discovered the small room is really small. We paid extra for a room with balcony which was very nice (and normal size!). No elevator. Parking around the street."

"The first thing you need to know is they have NO AIR CONDITIONING, which in this recent heatwave was NOT cool (pun intended! 😉) Although the outside of the building is unimpressive, the rooms were very clean and comfortable and look as if they've recently been remodeled. Breakfast was good."

Perhaps best is the rooftop spa with a 360° view of the area including the volcano the lake and the mountains. "Incredible location on a slope overlooking the lake. The on site manager is warm and attentive. It is secluded from Pucón without being far away. I wish we could have stayed longer. The only real downside is the short unpaved road to the property. We managed fine with an SUV two wheeled drive. 4WD might be helpful but not necessary. "

"Very quirky/alternate accommodation. Staff were excellent. The room and ensuite were spacious. The breakfast was very good and you can have basic vegetarian meals which is mainly pizza. We had pizza which was excellent, however the menu is very limited and does not include any salads which seems strange as it is vegetarian. Smalland cozy hotel with some lovely sitting areas."
