"All of the staff at Hotel Vientos del Sur was so kind and helpful in every situation, including packing us a lunch at 5:30am when we were going to hike Volcan Viillarica. We definitely recommend it!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Indomito. Decorated in natural wood and Indigenous art it felt very much a part of the Pucon experience. Perhaps best is the rooftop spa with a 360° view of the area including the volcano the lake and the mountains. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the included breakfast was great. The price was well below what I would have expected for such a hotel."

"This is the best boutique hotel in Chile. It is not cheap but it is genuinely great value - worth every penny. It is unique in its design and location, has super facilities, the staff are lovely, it has extraordinarily beautiful gardens and is super comfortable. The food is great and the wine list too. The only things that let it down are the terrible coffee and disappointing choice of fruit at breakfast. And it would be so easy to fix these! Don't let that stop you going though - you will...

"Took a 3 week vacation around Chile and this was by far the best place we stayed. Very quiet, with a great view of the lake. Close to Pucon and all the actives. The owner were friendly and was able to do our laundry. Would highly recommend staying here. Thanks for making our family feel welcome."

"This property is clean, beautiful and good at the restaurant is really good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Specially Don Edgardo. Orbitz messed up my reservation and didn't want to fix it. I reached out to the property and spoke to Don Edgardo and he was able to fix the problem. "

"My family and I enjoyed this unique property. The outdoor space, the view of the mountains, lake front property and the close proximity to Pucon was great. Breakfast was great to start off your day. Beds were comfortable, not crowded at all for summer season. It was very tranquil and relaxing. We will most definitely go back and stay at this property again. "

"I had an incredible experience at Mirador Los Volcanes Lodge Boutique! The views were absolutely unbeatable, providing a breathtaking backdrop for my stay. "The manager was warm, friendly, and welcoming. Also greeted by beautiful Siamese cat. The unit also had a nice small kitchen. Only there for a night, but would think it would be a nice place to stay for a longer period at a reasonable price. Unrelated to the quality of the accommodations, the horse flies at the park trails really made the hiking experience less than stellar. "
