"The room has no fridge, the modern air conditioning is confusing and was hard to operate. The high walled bath has no door or stairs for entry meaning a disabled person like myself cannot use it. The restaurant staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. I want to buy pepsi but they only had small ones and they did not accept cash or credit card."
