"Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very nice and plenty of choice, including veggie and vegan options. The room itself was a bit "tired" looking and the same goes for the bathroom - both could do with a bit of a makeover. But the bed was large, clean and comfortable and i had everything i needed for two nights."

"Everything about inside the hotel was good the only thing that wasn`t in line with the interior was the exterior and the car park both of these need to be refurbished and then the place would be nice right throughout. I was greeted by a friendly and pleasant gentleman at the reception desk and also had my room upgraded, so that was a nice uplift to my experience."

"Stay was overall good. Once you were there it was fine. Getting the bearings right was an initial challenge. No idea where reception was and the nearest parking to it. It is not what I am used to. Howbeit once you knew where you were all was good."

"The studio has many facilities which I felt would benefit couples/families more. The check in process was rather complex. I was expecting a text message regarding the deposit but it came through in the app and I wasn’t notified through email like the initial message. This has caused some hiccups on the check in process. After checking out, the deposit was not returned until I chased for it."
