"Great room, location and restaurant but the best bit by far was the staff. So helpful and made extra effort with my little boy. Chef even cooked something that wasn’t on the menu for him. Honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough! "

"The only two things I would pick up on were no bottled water in the room, petty I know, but the tap water was not great and I'm so used to staying where there is bottled water, and the parking was not free, something that always annoys as this would have affected my choice of where to stay."

"Really nice glamping pod with its own small loo. There were a few cobwebs and dust on the window sill, otherwise it felt clean and tidy. Staff in reception were very pleasant. Very quiet overnight this may change if an event is being held tho. Overall a very peaceful and comfortable stay"

"Accommodation was clean, tidy but a little on the small side ( Hitting leg walking around bed ) TV remote was touch and go with parking difficult with front of building full of vehicles when the notes says only vans to park out front but it was full of cars making it hard to navigate the tight gap to park in rear car park "

"Beginning to look a bit tired but otherwise all good. Very welcoming of our dogs as it was pre-Crufts. Biggest gripe was size of pillow in otherwise comfortable bed; they are tiny and there is only one each."
