Our room needed more dusting but everything else looked clean and the beds were really comfortable.. rooms are spacious.. Laundry was unconventionally so far .. but free which was nice (as we are traveling for 3 weeks) We loved Galway and your hotel "

This took several minutes to sort and a lot of back and forth with different staff members, which wasn’t the best start to the stay after spending close to 3 hours...
