" Overall, the experience was great. The room was a good value for the cost. Certain amenities, such as the pool, were not available. No big deal as we weren’t planning on using it. There was a shortage of ready breakfast food. Also, there were a number of restrictions that were not made clear prior to check in. The staff does not allow any gatherings. We were there to share Christmas with two family members. That could have been a problem. "

"Everything was nice, the room, the lobby and the bartender. The front desk clerk not so much. She did nothing. Were booked 2 rooms asmy wife and i have 6 children. Each under different names as asked by Hotels.com when booking. Half of the party arrived earlier than the other half but we could only get 1 of the rooms as the other person had not arrived yet. "Only stayed one night, but the hotel was very clean and despite it being full, it was quiet all night. The free breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus. Would stay here again. "

"I had three reservations for family members at the hotel. I like the hotel very very much. The only small issue was that there was no room service for 3 days. It was supposed to be every second day, but we didn’t have service until almost the end of the trip. And it was fine. It was Christmas. I get it. I just wish they would’ve said something ahead of time."

"At first I got a room that I really didn’t like at all dark and cell like in the older part of the inn which also meant having to walk outside to get to the dinning room however they were very accommodating by giving me a more comfortable better room. I think they could provide a better breakfast however with more self serve options like cheeses and better bread selection. "
