"It's a relative big 3 star hotels. The room is very small an no lift in the building, but it is value for money. The hotel also comes with a pool and has lots of parking spaces. Not much restaurants around. Burger King and a big supermarket is not far from the hotel."

"Our stay was lovely - we were in Reunion for the weekend and the resort was lovely. Children had a wonderful time at the pool and jumping castle. The unit was clean and tiny - small but completely suitable for its purpose. The resort was clean and fresh and food was delicious. Staff could only speak French in some instance, which was slightly difficult for us but they made very effort to understand and assist. All round a wonderful weekend at Floralys. "

"Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à la Villa ! Nathalie et Steph rendent le lieu comme nous pouvons attendre d'une chambre d'hote: On se sent à la maison, voir chez des amis ! Localisation: Le village d'entre-deux est très mignon avec un vis à vis sublime sur les montagnes réunionnaises. Très pratique pour faire toute la partie sud de l'ile (Cilaos, le volcan, les coulees de lave, les cascades et plages de sable blanc & noir) Le lieu: Très calme, excellent pour se detendre. "Très déçus de pas avoir pu manger au restaurant un soir de St Valentin, impossible de réserver en ligne, même pas pris la peine d'essayer de trouver une solution, obligés de se débrouiller pour trouver à manger à l'extérieur, et qui plus est, assez loin avec embouteillage. Un hôtel sans pouvoir manger n'est pas un hôtel, peu importe le jour. (Pas de services proposés dans l'hôtel comme massages, spa,...) Lit bébé "cassé" et pas de matelas dedans. Impossible de s'assoir sur la terrasse car...

"Room was reasonably sized and bed was comfy. Efficient cleaning service kept the room looking nice but no window in the bathroom meant it smelled damp and we saw some cockroaches. Front wall of the bedroom is a large window so you must decide between privacy and natural light. Staff were pleasant and friendly but not very helpful e.g. on arrival when we asked for advice on where to eat they did not mention that many restaurants close on Sundays and those that do open is usually after 7pm!...

"A very short amazing stay at Best Western. May be a point for improvement is the pillows. They are square, too small and too soft, the queen size bed was okay. May be if more TV and radio channels could be added, especially in english as all of them were in french. Otherwise no complain as such."
