Gorgeous hotel in a quiet location, 2 minutes from the beach, friendly staff, on-site spa with great services... It's a little piece of heaven. The only thing I could see that might turn people off is the staff don't all speak English fluently, but as a French speaker myself, I found them to be very considerate and lovely. Definitely worth the price!

Great, but not 5 star
the Akoya hotel is a great hotel, the pool is amazing, the view is incredible, the rooms are good, the location is super handy to walk to restaurants and the beach. But let's not kid ourselves, it is not a 5 star hotel, price quality ratio is not the greatest. Now, don't get me wrong we had a good stay, but lamps in the room and in the common areas are not working, walls are worn out and cracking ... not the type of things that should happen in a 5 star, but totally acceptable for a 3 or 4. all in all, you are paying for the pool and the view, which is OK if you have time to enjoy it

Nous avons séjourné dans cet établissement pendant le week-end du 11 novembre dernier. L accueil était très bien, la chambre était correcte et spacieuse avec tout le nécessaire. La piscine à débordement est magnifique avec une superbe vue,dommage qu’elle ne soit pas carrelée et que ce soit juste du plastique qui la recouvre. La partie restauration, les pauvres serveurs, rien ne va au restaurant : sur la carte il y a pleins de choses qui ne sont plus disponible, l attente environ deux bonnes heures pour un plat et un dessert. Sur un repas j ai pris les st Jacques à 28 euros, j en avais 4 belles et le lendemain j en avais plus que deux mais le prix est toujours de 28 euros et l accompagnement a réduit de moitié, une salade cesar a 24 euros avec le poulet c est de la peau et du gras. Côté glace, ils servent une banana spleet a 10 euros dans un bol arcoroc…quelle classe pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. Attention si ça ne change pas les étoiles vont faire comme la glace ça va fondre. Établissement à ne pas recommandé compte tenu du prix et de la prestation.

Wir waren mit unserem Hotelaufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Anlage sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstück war wirklich lecker und hatte eine gute Auswahl an Allerlei geboten. Darüber hinaus war der Service im Hotel grandios. Wir durften nach unserem Checkout den Pool weiternutzen und bekamen sogar noch frische Pooltücher an der Rezeption. Vielen Dank nochmal. Wir würden das Hotel definitiv wieder buchen und es auch jedem weiterempfehlen.

L’hôtel est agréable et le personnel gentil mais pas du tout au niveau d’un 5 étoiles et du prix demandé. Pas de service de bagage, Tenues défraîchies, boissons chaudes à la simple machine pour un petit dej à 25€, etc… il y a un gros décalage entre les prix et la prestation fournie. Nous sommes déçus.

bien mais peut être amelioré
on y a fêté un anniverssaire, l'hôtel a eu des petites attentions qui nous ont vraiment fait très plaisir. tout le personnel est chaleureux, la piscine avec vue sur le lagon est superbe(en prime nous avons eu des baleines juste devant l'hôtel) le couloir de nage chauffé était appréciable car il ne faisait pas très beau malheureusement, le petit dejeuner est bon et complet mais un peu cher, il manque des activités comme un billard ou autre, la chambre est correcte + et propre, le spa était chouette(sauna et jacuzzi) l'hôtel est propre et fleuri. il nous a juste manqué un peu de prestige par rapport au fait que ça soit un 5 étoiles mais on a passé un excellent séjour.
