"What a delightful little find this was! The property owner is absolutely delightful and so very helpful. The room is very spacious and the surrounding areas are lovely. The actual town of Cilaos is so quaint. Really loved it. The actual hotel is quiet, safe, and clean and very centrally located. The parking is very easy and secure as the gate locks at night. Overall, really great place to spend a night or several. Cilaos is a stunning place!"

"It’s a good location and the breakfast was excellent. It could do with a bit of tlc and if you want to use the rooftop jacuzzi, make sure you book in advance. Also worth checking what day you are going to be in Cilous as eating options are extremely limited on a Monday."

"good hotel but defo not a 4 star you should ask for a room with no ll inclusive restaurant incredibly slow - we ate in two hours due to long service hotels quite old i dont think it will get 4 star again probs a 3 star - this should be 60 euros a night not more"

"Als wir nach Cilaos kamen, haben wir eine Stunde lang das Hotel gesucht. Hatte eine neue Adresse, über die wir nicht informiert wurden. Auch im Internet nicht zu finden Die Tel.nr auf der Reservationsbestätigung war ausser Betrieb. An der alten Adresse war auch kein Hinweis. Bei der Ankunft im Hotel hat sich die Wirtin auch nicht dafür entschuldigt. Sie hat uns schnell das Zimmer gezeigt, welches nur über den Garten via Balkontür zu betreten ist und nicht abschliessbar ist. sie sagte noch...
