"Very conveniently located and easy parking. While somewhat understaffed, the staff were friendly and as responsive as they could be. Our fireplace switch didn't work but they came and tried to fix it. When our son decided to stay with us in our room, they easily accommodated us with a rollaway bed. One definite need for improvement: the pillows. They hold no shape and I needed 3 to be comfortable. "

No restaurant but plenty around and a grocery store across the street. Rugs in rooms. I don’t like that but they were very clean. Excellent shampoo, high quality body cream that smelled great! "This old hotel is ideally located for pedestrian access to almost all of Brandon’s resources. BUT, the bathroom was very cold and we had to request a space heater. The complimentary breakfast would have been better if a staff member was available to keep things supplied. As it was, when something ran out that was it. Renovation is ongoing, and I hope that it is successful because I really love this old hotel!"
