"My room was very cozy. I was there on a holiday weekend in January so I knew there would be no service and no breakfast. That is not available from Oct. til April. There are large windows in the room and it was January so I was cold. Very cold even with the thermostat turned up to 73, but I don't think they could have done anything. The candy store on site is AMAZING!!!! The staff there super nice."

"Even though I was told I didn’t have a reservation, this got sorted out and the check in couldn’t have been friendlier. Nice booked breakfast given out since I was checking out before their breakfast time. "

"I called the hotel 2 weeks before to confirm my reservation to which I was told it's fine. Saturday evening before I left New York I called to remind them I'd be there late and to have the heat on in the room and I was told no problem. Later I received an voicemail stating that they had no room for me. The annoyance is that hotels.com has my confirmation for my reservation, So the communication is almost non-existent."

"This was on a family trip after burying our mother. We were the ONLY ones staying, yet they wouldn't give us the cabin with wi fi. The old lock locked us out late at night and it took 30 minutes for them to help us. When I complained, they kicked us out and called the police who had us drive away in the middle of the night with an 11 yr old. "

"Very nice staff and the room was very comfortable and quiet. My only comment would be that the dingy shower walls could use a bit of scrubbing to make them gleam. icrowave and oven and coffee were a nice plus. "

"Such a cute, quaint space. Would love to come back in the summer to take full advantage of the area. Came in the winter time so we could not use the deck and fire pit. Definitely a great feature for extra space to eat on the deck during warmer time. Pull up coffee table inside is convenient for eating during Winter, since there is no other dining area. "This place was great, Communication with the Killington Rental Associates was wonderful. The house was as it photographs. It was a perfect spot to ring in the New Year. After skiing, the hot tub and Sauna were a welcome retreat for the weary skiing crowd, the Kitchen was well stocked with just about anything you could need to prepare meals for a large crowd.
