Room nbr1 was clean and tidy,good facilities,is obviously a popular place on both stays-January and December -as dining and bar areas full. Room was on front next to main road,earplugs provided if needed due to traffic,previous stay was quieter in carpark area accommodation Easy access from M4 "

"I was In the old part and it needs updating badly. Excited when I saw a spa bath in my room but bath was worn around the plug area and not appealing so wasted. Toilet was stained with brown as old. Taps on sink worn and spun round a lot before water came out. "

"Lovely hotel right in the centre of Calne. But being in the centre, there is traffic noise. Breakfast was really nice with a good choice of continental items. I only stayed 1 night but it was perfect for my needs. "
