"The front desk was friendly and efficient. Our room had a wet spot in front of the fridge. If you happened to step in it, you would definitely end up with a wet sock. We had received a huge amount of snow in a very short time and this made things difficult to keep up with Overall our stay was what we needed it to be. Staff was great!"

"Our suite was ready when we arrived which we appreciated after a 90 minute drive. The front desk staff was very friendly and quick to check us in. We had 2 young children with us and we were surprised and happy to know the pool was open until 11pm! While we didn’t use the balcony in our suite we loved the fireplace and the fact that the bedroom was separate from the rest of the living area as well as a decent size sofa bed for the kids. "The studio apartment is in a lovely complex - beautiful in the fall with the changing leaves and a nice residential type area to walk around in. It’s close to some nice family activities - tree top trekking, horseback riding and I understand there are skiing options nearby in winter. "Host was fantastic,Great communication! Location was super close to horseshoe valley and provided a great indoor/outdoor pool for the kids. The rooms were super clean and provided lots of towels, pillows and other household supplies. Onsite washer dryer is a huge bonus. We will definitely be back next year!!"
