"I'm not sure why this hotel is rated so highly. I would call it just so-so. The rooms are in bad need of updating, and it took forever for the heater to warm the room. Perhaps it's the best thing in San Fernando? I was hoping that since the property had a conference center the staff would speak English, however that was not the case. The staff were extremely nice however. The breakfast consisted of cold meats, cheeses, pies and pastries, and instant coffee. Not the best, however when I asked...

"1. The location on the site is not accurate, to say the least. 2. There is no sign outside that marks the place, let alone street side way finders. 3. No one answered any of the three numbers, one given through the application. the phones were disconnected. 4. When we finally found the location, on calling through the intercome, the owner didn't open the gate and we had to wait outside for half an hour until his friend showed up an woke him up. 5. The room was not ready when we arrived. 6....
