"The staff were friendly and helpful. The waiter who served us dinner on the evening of 22nd March was particularly helpful and very professional. The room although a little dated was of a good size. The room was clean and the house keeping ensured the room was refreshed on the 22nd March. My only concern was that a significant number of boys, possibly there due to a football event were not supervised appropriately by the adults, who were obviously responsible for them. "The staff were so lovely it was my son’s birthday and when we got there they had balloons and a card for him in the room. The sausage sandwiches the next day were lovely and came In a little bag with orange juice and a muffin. The restaurant right next door was lovely has a singer on and the kids got to make their own pizza. The rooms were really modern and beds comfortable and room was clean. And the maintenance man lied and told manager it was all working and checked. He never checked it and it was not working. However the lovley manager gave us a free night and we paid to stay another night also and she did us a good deal on that . We will be back soon can’t wait "
