"We stayed overnight as we were going to a concert. We had a family room, although a great idea my teenager son was too tall for the bunk bed. They provided a camp bed for him. It was a decent size room, comfy bed and a decent shower!"

"One night stay on outskirts of Liverpool. Ample car parking. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable and had all the facilities needed. Only minor issues were that the shower did not drain properly and that the bathroom basin tap was extremely difficult to close, perhaps indicating the property maintenance could be better. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and would stay again."

"We had a fantastic stay at Hello Hotel in Manchester for 2 nights! The breakfast was absolutely delicious – super yummy and a great way to start the day. Really enjoyed the fact that we could choose our breakfast between sausage rolls, porridges and few more options. There is also a restaurant next door that we haven't tried but seemed nice. The service was outstanding, with incredibly kind and helpful staff who made us feel right at home, super appreciated the fact that they allowed us a late checkin. The hotel offers free parking, which was a huge bonus. Plus, there's a bus stop just across the road that takes you straight to Manchester in about 20 minutes, making it super convenient. Our room was perfect – the bed was huge and incredibly comfy, and the whole place was spotless, warm, and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here!"

"We were at the Last Drop for a wedding and didn't experience too much of the hotel but the bedroom was clean, breakfast was plentiful and my wife enjoyed half an hour in the hot tub. "
