"I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were polite and worked with me when my flight was delayed a day and I couldn't check in when originally scheduled. The hotel was clean and the room nice. It was within walking distance to Hyde Park and close to the underground lines. I highly recommend the hotel."

"Nice, quaint (read: small) rooms. Good breakfast, very friendly staff. Shower head was a bit on the holding-back side and needed replacement. It was squirting more than a steady stream. Not really room for carry on and personal item for two people in a two people room That would be my only complaint. They do hold your luggage for free and the checkout is early so you can take advantage of that and still roam a little."

"The staff were incredible, always greeting you when you leave and arrive back. A really good location 2 minutes away from paddington station/a lot of places to eat nearby and around lots of parks. This hotel doesn’t have an elevator and the stairs are rather steep, but the staff was super kind and helped me with my suitcase. I would recommend staying here!"

"My room was very small but functional. Going up four floors after a day of walking around London is a challenge, but doable. The hotel is one and a half blocks off the Paddington station, with plenty of restaurants, pubs, bakeries smaller supermarkets nearby. Also close to Hyde Park and plenty of tube and bus choices. "
