"When the fire alarm went off at 4 am on New Years Day, the staff were quite quick to help evacuate the premises and kept people informed. There was no fire and we were quickly allowed back to our rooms. One thing I was not impressed with was that when we booked, there was not information that the swimming pool times were changed.
