"I knew the place was very remote, so there was no surprise. The check-in was confusing. You have to go to the observatory gate and ask the guard. They acted as if they had no idea we were coming. They didn't have our name, but I had a confirmation email with a room number, so they just gave us the key. You then have to go back up the road and enter a gate to access the building. "Property was in a good area, close to wverything, well maintained. The communication was difficult and owners asked me to pay via venmo, paypal or zelle which felt very scammy. They also communicated through whatsapp which also felt scammy. We finally got on the same page via email and text and they ran my credit card for payment.
