"When i arrived the lock box would not open after 45 minutes of trying finally gave up by the time i recieved a ring from the owner of property i was told cleaning lady had opened it i asked for a pic with the lockbox open and i was told she had other thing to do but i could go there and people world be there to help i was 1 and 30 minutes away the picture i never got but was told to get there and it'd be open, worst exprience after traveling an hour from airport for that lock box to not open to make it worse it was 230 am by the time i was contacted it was 4 pm "

"We had the most amazing time at Villa Montana! The beach was gorgeous and restaurant had amazing food and really great drinks. We only saw the main pool which was very nice and right off the bar at the restaurant. Everyone we interacted with was super kind and helpful, so props to the amazing staff. We ended up staying in one of the villas which was really nice, very clean and larger than we expected. We rented a car to drive to the resort from the airport in San Juan and it was an easy drive (depending on time of day / week might be some traffic but it was a beautiful drive and took about two hours). Plenty of parking throughout the resort. "

"The staff was super friendly. Nice and relaxed. Loved that they had a washer and drawer on premises. Pool is nice. Bar is good. Food could be a little better but that is a separate business on the property."
