"What I enjoyed most was the friendly and helpful staff. I asked lots of questions having never been in Indy and they helped me immensely. Also with the snowy conditions, the staff worked tirelessly keeping the floors dry and safe."

"The hotel is beautiful, love how walkable it was to our destination (Lucas Oil) we did not have step foot outside to get there. Staff was very kind and accommodating. Only a few downsides, one of the elevators we were in paused on a floor for a few minutes. I was convinced we were stuck, luckily it continued on and we saw someone working on it the next day 😣 also, there are not ice machines on every floor.
