"My stay was EXCELLENT. All the staff were very attentive, polite and very efficient. Their mannerisms really excelled. The food was fresh, hot and very well cooked and presented. I was even fortunate enough to witness Father Christmas Coming in the dining area with his sack of presents accompanied by his elf where he gave each and every guest a gift and we had a little sing along. Such a lovely experience and it really made my day. Now I am no spring chicken - let’s say majority of the guests...

"Nice small sized hotel well run by friendly staff . Great value as is often one of the more economical hotel choices in Falmouth but offers a great service in a nice quiet side street very close to the waterfront . Breakfast is very good and served in clean brightly lit dining area . Really cannot fault this hotel . "

"Staff were polite and helpful. Room was very dated and very small, but clean and comfortable. However the loud music coming from the bar below our room went on until 11 pm so if you want a quiet restful place to stay DO NOT CONSIDER this location."

"Ive spent the passed near on 3 weeks staying here and i have had a great stay. Great staff ,very friendly and welcoming. The food is lovely and on point. The rooms are cleaned everyday along with clean towels and bedding and refills of tea, coffee every day. I will be retunng next week to stay again... highly recommended 👌 "
