"We had a wonderful few nights in a yurt at the end of July. As a family of 2 adults and 3 children we found the space to be more than comfortable and spacious. The yurt itself was wonderfully furnished and the kitchen outside well equipped for all cooking needs. Hosts Kate and Terry were always friendly, approachable and on hand to help. "Lovely hotel in a beautiful spot. We had a Seaview room on the second floor which was lovely but quite small. I would expect, for the price, there to be complimentary water in the room but there wasn’t. Dinner was superb. It was a job sometimes to get served, there weren’t many staff around. Could have done with a little more attention at breakfast. "

"Lovely place, clean and the beds were made up and ready when we arrived. The owners were very friendly and helpful if you needed anything. The only small issue was the TV, no instructions and it was connected to a box of some sort and a DVD player which we couldn't seem to work out, not that it really mattered. Picture of the cove is misleading and it's about a 6/7 minute drive away to a pay & display car park then a long walk down to the beach. We did find other easier-access beaches around...

"Really good family run campsite with some small cottages and covered accommodation. The owners are very cheerful and welcoming with plenty of advice regarding the local area. The space is quite basic but was a perfect location to explore the lizard by foot or car. "

"3rd time staying here - love the house and position is great to explore the lizard. Damp was really bad this year - walls were wet and mouldy in places and kitchen cupboards very musty - cleaners were great coming out and cleaning up some of the mould. Probably damp build up if it had been shut up for a while. But we always enjoy our stay - beds comfy and loads of room for our family and little dog "
