We were very lucky with the Spring weather so managed to visit much of the area. The property is situated on a steep hill so need to be physically fit if you are walking."

"Beautiful riverside property that was very cozy and comfy - even in winter. The house is well equipped, the bedrooms are comfortable and the living room extremely cozy with the wonderful fire going. We had a few issues on checking in but Piers was super communicative in helping us get things sorted. "Very comfortable, all the essentials you need, good Wifi to keep the kids happy, Great location for access to the coastal path. Cadgwith is a lovely little village. Lizard 10 mins away by car. St Michaels Mount about 40mins drive. We were lucky with the weather for a pre-Easter break with very few people around. Very relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable break."
