"We lobed everything. The bathroom was a bit cold and the bed hard. But those are small things. We loved the location and beautiful interior of the hotel and our room. Comfy and simple. Antique and historic. Kind people and great eco friendliness. Gracias!!!"

"We were okay with the stay. Basic accomodations with fridge, microwave oven and 2 burner electric stove. Not a resort. Right outside the hotel there is a neighborhood pub which serves food and has very friendly staff. Near historic center of Alcalá de Henares. Birthplace don Miguel de Cervantes. About an 1hour away from central Madrid on the metro which we used. Round trip for was €13.60. We would stay here again. "

"If you dislike being trapped in a hotel room, then this is the place for you. Self catering but with the enhanced security of being in a supervised complex. Plenty of parking for a vehicle. The staff were outstandingly good. Reception, housekeeping, maintenance, all deserve a mention for their efficiency, courteousness and politeness. No complaints at all. Thank you for an enjoyable 8 day stay. "
