"If you crave perfection...this is not your hotel. This is an older hotel in a spectacular location!! We rented a family suite. It had two bedrooms and a living room and slept 4 adults VERY comfortably. It is not a luxury hotel but it was clean and every request me made was met with cheerful compliance. My only complaint is that the shower is very small...think cruise ship small. It is a 1k walk to the train station to Cologne. "

"We stayed at this hotel in December 2023 to visit the Christmas markets. It was such a great experience we returned again with my son and his girlfriend in December 2024 for the Christmas markets. The hotel has free parking and safe behind the hotel which was easy and felt safe. The welcome from the staff is very welcoming and informative, always looking to help.
