"Outstanding service and attention to detail. The staff were very accommodating and easy to talk to. The only black mark was a washroom that was cooler than the rest of the room. It made the first few minutes out of the shower uncomfortable. As a sort of consolation, the bathroom featured a heated towel rack. The shower was also slow to drain, leading to some initial concerns regarding flooding the suite. The breakfast selection was above average with staff making decorative coffee creations. The hotel is centrally located, with some attractions easily accessible by foot. It is located on a quiet street and away from night life."

"Excellent location when visiting Christmas markets in Cologne! Staff was nice and spoke in English. The room was comfortable and the heat worked well. A little dated with the furniture but everything else was well worth staying there. We did not opt for breakfast as there are plenty of nearby options at reasonable prices. Enjoy. "
