"Thought I was booking a room at the Emerald Queen Hotel in Tacoma for a concert. I was attending there later realized by looking closely at an email. I was booked into the Emerald Queen Casino in Fife, 4 miles down the road and my shoulder establishment. Later found out if the Tacoma facility is sold out, the hotels app will book you into the Fife facility"

"Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Kevin Serralta the assistant manager went above and beyond. The location of the hotel is amazing, perfectly close to city centre and Nordstrom for shopping, walkable to the pier and pike place market, space needle too. The Polar Bar in the hotel serves some amazing cocktails. During the day, Starbucks coffee and cold lemon water is always available in the hotel lobby during morning hours. Breakfast was nice but many walkable options near the hotel. Would...
