"Hotel was perfect only one issue the use of plastic glasses I understand it’s a football match and safety is paramount But 3 hours after and as a guest in the hotel I was served a glass of not cheap wine in a plastic pint glass I did ask a reception and was told I couldn’t have one have you ever drunk red wine out of plastic pint glass not good hence I left it"

"There’s was nothing I didn’t like about this hotel. Everything was perfect and clean. The staff behind the desk were extremely kind to us and the cleaners were lovely and did a great job, thank you so much to them. We will definitely be coming back. "

"The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, can’t do enough for you in fact. The hotel is convenient for buses the train station and walking to the city centre. Rooms are on the smallish side but good value and the bedding and towels almost sparkle they are so white. The complimentary breakfast is not the best breakfast you’re ever going to have but is fresh and plentiful. Overall a great place to stay, made amazing by its staff. "

"reception staff always friendly, rooms are as you would expect for a budget hotel, clean but on the verge of getting a little tired in some areas. i have stayed here numerous times and never had a bad stay. breakfast is OK. would and am staying again. "
