"Was very easy check in and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Perfect location if you are going to anything at the PPG Arena."

"I asked for parking lot view and got.river side. Not.bad but not.what we wanted. My autistic son.likes to watch the trains at the edge of the parking lot. There were stink.bugs in the room and again no sheets or.pillows for the pull out. I had to go to the front desk and get them. Only enough towels for 2 people and my reservation was clearly for.3. It was just not the stay we usually have. Everyone was polite tho"

"This is a remodeled YMCA (I believe) and has such a cool vibe! While the check in process is virtual only, it is very convenient and they are very responsive if you do have questions. Additionally, there is someone onsite at the front desk if you need anything. I was worried about safety initially (with virtually check in process) but have stayed there three times now and it’s actually great!! "

"The front desk staff in the evenings were fantastic… I wish I gotten her name, but she took excellent care of us throughout our stay. The only issue was the pool & air in the pool area were quite chilly one of the days we were there, and made the pool area unusable for the kids which was a disappointment. Otherwise, a great experience "
