"It was very convenient to what we had going on that day. Customer service was amazing they were able to help out any way that they could. This is a hotel that I will recommend to stay at. Everyone was so friendly. Convenient shopping and restaurants close by as well. Can’t wait to go back."

"This hotel is across the street from PPG arena. it's a 2 minute walk very good location for events. Hotel was clean, staff was attentive and personable. The rooms do not have updated tech stuff so you will need wall adapters. We had a very nice view of the city. The breakfast buffet was well above average. There is a connected parking garage. We paid $30 for parking there. "

"We stayed for one night and it was perfect for short stays. Check was SO easy. The parking situation isn’t the best, so if you are traveling via car be aware of that. Overall, the staff was friendly, the stay was comfortable and offered everything needed and was very walkable and close to good restaurants and cafes. Also some rooms have a nice view of the beautiful architectural church right across the street. "
