Was able to retrieve quickly my online check-in and my two separate reservations for consecutive days. Visible improvements under the new management, with small but valuable ideas and consistency. "Great place to stay with close location to Heathrow, only reason I put 4 star instead of 5 was because they do not have any mini bar/fridge in the room. No iron either but you can ask for it downstairs. "

"Conveniently located 30 mins from Gatwick so ideal after a late flight. Basically a comfortable room. Disturbed at 1am by a neighbouring guest on a zoom call but not from external traffic noise. On closer inspection, the toom was in need of a deeper clean and rhe bed was not made well."
