"Room was great! Pillows were not good. They were full of air, which made them very firm. No room service, no ice machines. You have to go to the reception to get ice, but they have to get it from the restaurant. The lines at reception are ALWAYS super long. (Same line to check in for the Spa, as the hotel check in and customer service) overall, amazing property, but lacking in service."

It was comfortable and cozy, but if you're looking for a larger space, the rooms are a bit on the small side (which we absolutely prefer). The staff was warm and welcoming and super friendly.
