"Had a few nights in Amsterdam. Hotel was very friendly and staff were very nice. Adriano was particularly welcoming and pleasant to speak with. Only complaint would be that, our power to our room went out at 4am and needed our phones et. charged for the upcoming day. We alerted the reception desk who came to look into the problem. We were informed that they couldn’t do anything until 8am that day, which kept us up waiting. It somewhat ruined the days plans as we needed sleep so slept in later and missed a few plans we had that day. Other than that slight inconvenience we had an amazing stay and would 100% stay again."

"Yet another great stay at Citizen M. The staff are lovely and always helpful - at any time. Unfortunately I fell ill while on holiday and they were kind enough to allow me to stay in the room a little later to rest up before the journey home. Great coffee and snacks, also very near the tram and train line so convenient to get around but quiet enough to get a good night sleep! Thansk again!"

"This was my first time at the Ruby Emma, and it definitely won't be my last. I managed to lose my phone, but the staff were very sympathetic and did everything they could to help. Thankfully, the phone was returned to the reception shortly afterwards. We quickly forgot about the incident when we arrived in our room. The location was amazing, and both my fiancée and I were seriously impressed by everything."

"We only come for one night for my partners birthday, loved every minuet of it Rooms are so clean and organised, jacuzzi and sauna and balcony is perfect We had the perfect stay Staff are all lovely "

"Forever the hotel is within easy walking distance of the centrum train station. Not to mention it is one of the nicer prices I have stayed and all of Amsterdam. The staff could not have been friendlier and I need to say a couple of things about the wellness center. It had three separate saunas one at 70°. 90° and one that was infrared the swimming pool was heated and the hot tub wyze large enough for a few couples. I was most impressed by the swimming pool. It has a function where if you activate the sensor you can swim against the current. I look forward to staying here again every time I come back"

"It was a great location and was close to most of the meusems. House cleaning had to be booked for the next day which was inconvenient. Would have liked clean towels and empty of dustbin instead of nothing."

"This is our second time staying at this hotel and we really enjoyed it. Easy to get around, clean rooms, and an overall good atmosphere. The only con is that I wish there were better coffee options available as opposed to having to go to the coffee barista in the morning so we usually got our coffee while we were out but other than that it was great."
