"We stayed in the island lodge. The lodge itself is very nice, only downpoint of the actual lodge is lack of storage space in the kitchen. My biggest complaints about this place were 1. When making the booking it NEVER mentioned that the only way to access your lodge is via a small rowing boat. I kid you not. "The photos which were sent with our confirmation showed a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment. That isn’t what we got. The email had information for 2 different apartments. The photos provided should be of the apartment the customer is going to get. A picture speaks a thousand words. Mario was pushy. I wanted to carry my own luggage but he practically pulled my suitcase out of my hand after I repeatedly said no thank you. Will not recommend this place."
