"The hotel is very nice. Due to a power outage, we were moved to a first floor room, where the floor was VERY cold, so bring slippers with you. Since we were downgraded from a suite to a room, I requested a monetary compensation. The management refunded me the first night's stay, which was very generous. I would definitely stay there again."

"What a cute hotel. The rooms were great; spacious and comfy beds and pillows. We ate at the restaurant for dinner. It was delicious. The area around the hotel is filled with shopping and dining so it’s convenient. The fire pits out front were so inviting but we just didn’t have the time to use them. The pool looked great as well. Just an overall nice experience. Would go back for sure. "

"The place was amazing the staff was super nice and friendly. The only thing that made our stay here bad was room service. I have a two year old and I had requested extra pillows multiple times never got delivered, we requested new sheets and they left them folded on the chair for us to change. We had requested for our room too get cleaned and when we got back the trash was still there, the only thing they did was make the bed and change the towels. "
