"The first thing we noticed was how beautiful the place is as we drove up the driveway. We arrived a bit late and the clerk got us checked in knowing we were worn out from the trip. The room was wonderful and bed was extremely comfortable. The other thing i need to mention is the restaurant in the basement which was a speakeasy. The food was absolutely second to none. We found a hidden gem and will be returning in the future!"

"We had a wonderful getaway weekend at this beautiful kept from house. It’s an excellent destination for a getaway weekend and also not too far from JMU, Harrisonburg. If you need to disconnect, like hiking and the outdoors, then this is the perfect place to stay It is a trip with all necessary amenities. I recommend bringing some groceries as there are not too many options nearby especially if you want to do extravagant cooking. we love to come back!"
