"Hotel room was perfect for a family very comfy beds and pillows, shower was a delight felt like i was getting a massage. Swimming pool was nice but changing rooms and toilets needed cleaning very dirty and run down. Food was very dissapointing and restaurant washy even open on the Tuesday night so had to find somewhere to eat. Breakfast was poor 13.95 for a full english and left a lot to desire for portion size and taste. Had some cheesy chips for lunch that were undercooked and tasteless....

"Very comfortable stay with a wonderful breakfast in an old and well kept pub. The room was very clean, roomy and cosy. Bathroom worked well and had hot water always. The staff were kind and helpful. We had two days where there was no breakfast because it was Christmas and they discounted those two nights but also provided some oatmeal tubs for us and extra bits for the morning which we appreciated. "Outstanding place. Very rustic, delicious food, great sevice and immaculate accommodation. The only downside is the noise of the traffic when you are staying in the roof rooms as there is little sound insulation. Take earplugs and you will sleep soundly!"
