"The staff are all freindly and helpful the ros are clean and tidy the breakfast was good and plenty of it .the bathroom in room hasnt got an extractor when i had a shower everything was covered in condensation also full toilet need upgrading and toulet bowl needs bleach amd a good scrub "

"Hotel was spotless, the staff were polite and friendly and the breakfast that was included in the price really hit the spot. We were within walking distance for everyrhing we wanted. Would definitely book here again when we have our next trip to York. We will be back 👍😁"

"Amazing free breakfast despite us being charged by Expedia for it so not free for us. Don’t have the breakfast add on. Hotel give all guests free breakfast so don’t get caught like we did. Gorgeous hotel and lovely quiet rooms. "
