"Not a bad place to stay. Older. Needs some updates. Bathroom vanity was really small. "

"The resort is very nice. Everything was clean and fresh. We like the room design ("wooden" walls make the atmosphere very cozy, and there are lots of interesting details in the room design overall). We visited the pool and spa zone late evening. The water in the pool is warm which is very beneficial when staying with kids. The sauna is hot and works well. Open 9 am-10pm. The lodge is 10 min away from ski resport."

"Overall, everything was good. The complimentary breakfast was good and varied from day to day. The pool and hot tub was wonderful after the cold days outside. "

"Everything was pretty good except breakfast. Staff was irritated with all the questions and the food was poor quality. Check in was fast and the front desk staff was friendly. Room was clean. "

"Very nice Room was very warming Felt like home Hallways smelled really welcoming. Smelt like home idk how to put it. Warm vanilla Anyways parking was great Very welcoming definitely will come back. Decent price for amount of people. Only thing was the pool was down for maintenance. Upside was 1 min down the road at the other resort they had a pool and was allowed there due to maintenance. Sucks had to leave hotel to go do but better than not swimming at all. One reason I got this hotel. "

"We had a delightful stay at the Boxwood. Our room actually had a living area with large wrap around couch and a small table with 4 chairs in addition to a separate bedding with 2Q beds. Harden was very helpful at the front desk. We walked to our restaurants and through town. "

"we were at this motel during a freezing cold snap in NoCarolina; it would have been nice to have a fireplace but the heat in the room was OK. the location of this motel is excellent with walking distance to town (in a warmer time of year). Coffee and fridge in the room were much appreciated"
