"Property was great, hot tub, fire pit. Loved Blowing Rock, Boone, the Biltmore and Grandather Mountain.The communication with the rental company during and after the Hurricane was awesome. They answered every question and checked the property and were very responsive."

"Great property. Our only opinion is the basement is a little cool and damp. Location is good drive away from Blowing Rock. Owners are excellent. Rustic and charming.Elevation is roughly 3,400 feet according to topographic maps, but I could be a bit off.Enjoyed the stay."

"We arrived at night and were not able to see the creek until we woke up the next morning. It's so close to the house and you can hear it with the kitchen window open. When we arrived, cookies and snacks were waiting for us and treats for the dog! The heat was on when we got there, which is a really nice touch as well. We are hot natured anyway, but it was so much nicer to come into a warm place than to walk into a cold place. We weren't really going to use the kitchen, so I didn't really care...

"What a great location. The river just off the balcony is peaceful and relaxing. The round house is a unique experience that you should try. Communication with the property management was smooth, easy, and reliable. A small gripe is that we wished all the blinds worker. All in all, we will be back!"
