"This is our second time staying in a condo at the Royal Oaks complex. We love the location that allows you to walk into town, with all of its shops, restaurants, park, trails, etc. This condo was very well updated and clean. The beds were comfortable, and we slept well. The kitchen was well outfitted, although we did not cook much. One of our favorite features (outside the location) is the back deck, where we sat at the end of the day to watch the sun set. It is a third-floor walkup, but...

"We highly enjoyed our stay in this condo. Some of the previous reviews werent so great when it came to cleanliness, but we had no issues. The beds were comfortable, they provided lots of bath & pool towels, and if course that view is spectacular. The kitchen was a little lacking, but i know that is hard to maintain in a rental. "Amazing property for a fun family, friend trip. The location is perfect if you want to walk to the town of Blowing Rock to explore. The house has a great layout with lots of space! The bedrooms are great size with bathrooms to join. The outside area is nice for little kids since it is gated. Definitely want to rebook since the property manager was easy to communicate with and very friendly. "
