She was very nice as soon as we walked into to the building with a big smile on her face and made us feel very welcome. Specially since we were out of state! Everyone else were great as well! If would be back to Ohio we would be staying at Drury plaza hotel. "

"Really nice hotel! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. You do have to park in a parking garage if the lot is full. Water pressure is low in the shower. Also, Friday and Saturday nights there was loud music playing from a nearby restaurant. The beds are extremely comfortable and there are a lot of great restaurants nearby. "

"Just mehhh. Small parking lot, room service came in 1X while we were there, which was fine, however, they didn’t take garbage, and took towels, etc only to replace with 3 towels and nothing else. Even took blanket from pullout couch? Barely enough parking places, super tight if driving a big truck. Staff was friendly and seemed clean enough. Our shower door didn’t even come close to closing and water pressure was not good. "
