The price paid was very low in comparison to every other property nearby, so I was not expecting the Ritz… but actually the room was very clean, neat and spacious. All the essentials were there, the bed was comfy and i slept very well. All in all very good value for money and everything seems well enough sorted. "

"Nervous to visit after reading reviews. However, there is a lot of refurbishment going on. The downstairs looks fabulous and the car park/outside space is being worked on. The room was ropey, window held open with a block of wood and a pane of glass missing. Curtains not hanging correctly and a socket out. But, we arrived when they were busy and so checking in was delayed. The staff apologised for wait, and the room! The breakfast was absolutely banging and the staff were exceptional. Helpful...

"I enjoyed a short stay visiting family in the area. The staff throughout the stay have been, without exception, friendly and really welcoming. The check in and check out process was straightforward. The room was beautifully clean and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and modern. We enjoyed lovely cooked breakfast and an impressive selection of mixed fruits and yoghurt. We also enjoyed fabulous high quality meals in the evening in the Italian themed restaurant. I would love to...

"This hotel suited us for a one night stay. Beds were comfortable, bathroom clean, very efficient shower, breakfast good. Some noise from nearby road but only to be expected from a busy main A road."
