"The staff at this property are unbelievable. They go out of their way for you. The hotel has pretty much ski in, with access to the chair lift right outside the front door. "This is a very basic hotel, catering mostly to young Australian tourists. It is extremely conveniently located next to the Happo One gondola and several popular bars / restaurants. The rooms are clean and generally the staff were very helpful, but the physical state of the building and the smell of diesel fuel is a little off putting. The breakfast is very basic but in the hotel’s defence, everything was pretty much exactly as described and the price reflects the value you get here. "

"Location, location, location! Love that the hotel property is immediately next to the train station, but extremely quiet. I've started there a dozen times, and always requested the side facing the mountains, which makes me happy because it's absolutely peaceful. Quite 2 convenience stores and 2 supermarkets full of ready-to-eat meals within quick walking distance for budget meals. Best of all, getting to the train station is absolutely easy."
