"Worst hotel experience I’ve ever dealt with. Unable to get to the hotel because the only road to the hotel was closed. Hotel customer service was out-sourced and I had to talk to someone out of Japan that did not know anything about the hotel or roads in the area. "My stay at Pension Meteor was amazing! The staff were so friendly and spoke fluent English. They went out of their way to help me plan activities on my trip and understand the area.
