The staff communicate with us via Whatsapp messages to customize cleaning needs, etc. Check-in can be done online, which speeds up the process at the counter. "Amazing! The Cathedral and lots of bars and restaurants are right on your doorstep. The bed was super comfy. We had the pool penthouse and the views were incredible. There were 2 terraces! We knew that coming in November meant that the pool was probably going to be cold but there was an additional terrace with a cabana and little table. The apartment is unmanned but you correspond on WhatsApp and they always replied straight away. I would definitely recommend it and am definitely going to...
