"Love the location on the narrow walkable street with no cars. Card key access to front door was very safe, and they have an awesome rooftop with views of the heart of the old city. Rooms were basically just for sleeping but very reasonable price when I was there."

The check-in team is very professional and very knowledgeable. The room was incredible. The restaurants and bars are amazing. The hotel is perfectly located. Everything is within walking distance. "An AMAZING hotel in the heart of Seville! I highly recommend and would recommend that you spend the extra for a Premium Red Level room, which comes with Red Level Lounge access and a special dining room with a delicious buffet and food (buy the breakfast option). The hotel itself is a tribute to Spanish culture. Each floor is dedicated to a different Spanish artist, which replicas of paintings on each door. There are Spanish art and items throughout the main level, which includes a stunning bar area with stained class roof. There is a live Flamenco show in the lobby and live music for the Red Level dining room on weekends. The rooms and beds were beautiful, clean and comfortable (beds were very comfy). There is an outdoor heated pool on the top level overlooking Seville (go at sunset or during the day), where you’ll be able to relax and hear the bells of Seville chime. There is also a sauna and steam room for guests. The gym is small but very nice and has everything you need for a vacation workout. Each member of the staff was incredibly polite and courteous! If you’re going to Seville, this hotel is a must! "
